We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated designers to help pushing boundaries and think out of the box when delivering innovative digital solutions. Senior UI (Visual) Designer
Full Time Permanent and Contract positions available (Multiple Openings)
Responsibilities:
-
Work with UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers to define experience of the product and services
-
Design base on understanding of user needs and business assumptions, and validate through user feedback, data and user engagement metrics.
-
Strong presentation skills and be able to articulate design rationale and pros and cons for different design approach.
-
Build Interactive prototypes for user validation throughout the design process.

Design brand guidelines for digital services and develop design systems
-
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years professional hands-on design experience on APP design ( IOS & Android).
-
Strong portfolio with proven ability to bring projects from concept to completion.
-
Familiar with both international and China design trends. Wechat MiniApp experience is a plus.

Good understanding and application of design thinking approach, user-centered design methods and principles.
-
Ability to communicate design rationale, pros and cons to stakeholders.

Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.

A degree in Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
UI Designer (Internship)
Responsibilities:

Work with Senior UX and UI Designers to deliver visual interface design for APP and web products.

Design based on understanding of user needs and business assumptions, and validate through user feedback, data and user engagement metrics.
