Your task will include defining the research plan to running face-to-face interview as a UX team member. Synthesize research findings and identify patterns of behaviours. Derive insights base on findings and observations. Work with clients and UX team to review both qualitative and quantitative data and conduct analysis and presented in format (e.g Persona/ Mindsets, AS-IS Customer Journey) to help organizations in making business decisions. Present findings from research and business recommendation to the client. Support UX team to prepare co-creation workshops with clients. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in user research/ user experience design Knowledge of design thinking methodology, ideally with hands-on experience of running user research, usability testing and co-creation workshop Familiar with tools such as HMW questions/ Customer Journey/ User persona/ Psychographics Taking ownership to your work and being passionate to find out the best solution Strong communication and presentation skill - Written and verbal Mobile experience is a plus.
